Poetry Spotlight: Ogden Nash

At one time Ogden Nash was probably the most popular poet in America. He wrote, light, humorous verse that sometimes featured puns and word play. I don’t think he deserves to be forgotten.

Really what I wanted to do with this post was to share one of my best thrift store finds. Years ago I found five volumes of Ogden Nash poetry that were all signed. They are all in great shape and only had one owner, whose stamp is inside all of the books. I like to think that these books traveled with Mr. Ashburn as he served. Who knows.
